Chatpati Bhel/ Bombay bhel/ Jhalmuri

Prepration Time : - 15 Min
Servings - 3 People

 Ingredients for  Chatpati bhel 

100 gm puffed rice(parmal)
50 gm sev
50 gm mixture
1 finely chopped tomato
1  finely chopped onion
2 roasted papad(moong or chana)
1  teaspoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon green chilli ,coriander n mint sauce
1 teaspoon  chat masala or jeeravan powder 
half slice of lemon (optional)
less then 1/2 of an unriped mango (keri)
1/2 teaspoon  red chili powder
some coriander  leaves
no need to add salt because puffed rice is salty,so after tasting if needed then add.

Procedure : 

  •  Take a Sufficient large bowl .
  • Add  puffed rice(parmal) , sev , mixture , chopped tomato , chopped Onion , chopped unriped mango (keri) in the bowl.
  • Crush roasted  papad/papadum (moong or chana) and add it to bowl.
  • Add red chilli powder  and chat masala or jeeravan powder .
  • Now add little amount of water to dilute tomato and coriander and mint  sauce and add to mixture.
  • Squeeze lemon and mix all the ingredients added to bowl and garnish with coriander leaves and tomato slices.
  •  No need to add salt because puffed rice is salty,so after tasting if needed then add.
  • Now your bhel is ready to it.
